Below are the registration fees and entitlements, together with key deadlines and cancellation policy for the International Conference on the prevention of Violence Against Women.

ALL FIGURES ARE GST EXCLUSIVE

Not for Profit registration fees

Early (payment received on or before 17 July 2016) – $800
Standard (payment received on or before 12 August 2016) – $900
Late (payment received after 12 August 2016) – $950
Day registrations fees (per day) – $700

Corporate/Government registration fees

Early (payment received on or before 17 July 2016) – $1200
Standard (payment received on or before 12 August 2016) – $1350
Late (payment received after 12 August 2016) – $1400
Day registrations fees (per day) – $1000

Student registration fees/Concessions^ – $600

^Student ID number must be provided and concessions must be agreed with the conference organisers.  There are a limited number of concessional registrations available, please contact the Conference Secretariat for further information on how to obtain these.

Entitlements

Full Delegate Registration includes:
Attendance at all conference sessions (Tuesday – Thursday)
Morning tea, luncheons, and afternoon teas as per the conference program
Conference satchel and contents
Ticket to welcome reception and conference dinner

Day Delegate Registration includes:
Attendance at conference sessions on the nominated day (Tuesday – Thursday)
Morning tea, luncheons, and afternoon teas as per the conference program
Conference satchel and contents

NOTE: Day Delegate registration does NOT include tickets to social functions. These MUST be purchased separately.

Student Registration includes:
Attendance at all conference sessions (Tuesday – Thursday)
Morning tea, luncheons, and afternoon teas as per the conference program
Conference satchel and contents
Ticket to welcome reception and conference dinner

Social Functions

Additional tickets for the social functions must be purchased prior to the conference. There are limited numbers of additional tickets for each event available.

Conference Dinner
Tuesday 20 September 2016
7:00pm – 11:30pm
Adelaide Convention and Exhibition Centre

Full Registrants: No charge
Day delegates and guests: $120
Dress: Neat casual

Bookings should be made in advance by completing the appropriate section of the registration form.

Cancellation and Alteration Policy
All alterations or cancellations must be made in writing and will be acknowledged by post, facsimile or e-mail.

An administration fee of $85.00 will be charged to any participant cancelling before 12 August 2016. All cancellations received after 12 August 2016 will be required to pay full registration fees. Substitute delegates will be accepted.

Insurance
Registration fees do not include personal travel insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that when registering for the conference and booking travel, a travel insurance policy is taken out to cover loss, cancellation and/or medical cover for any reason. No responsibility will be taken for any delegate failing to insure.
